he caterers offer a selection of fabulous hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, entrées, desserts, roles, along with after dinner coffee and teas. They work with each client to meet the client’s food desires from the ”Gourmet Magazine” and “Food network” fantasies to tried and true food favorites (chicken, fillet, salmon) served stations style, buffet style or with formal sit down service. Ethnic foods, vegetarian foods, special diet foods are all within there culinary repertoire.

The cost of catering and alcohol are in addition to the Greystone Hall site rental fee. Catering fees usually range from $100 to $120 per person. Alcohol is purchased by the renter and averages $12 to $15 per person depending on brands selected.

All four caterers are considered full service and generally include: your proposal, a complimentary tasting, an event coordinator, food, service, china, flatware, glassware, bar set-ups, bartenders and a wedding cake.
